Lodging the the Roaring Fork Valley is precious - there are lots of hotel options in Glenwood Springs with Great food options as well.  The closest hotel with a sheepdog rate is the Element in Basalt.  Great hotel, dog friendly and very close to LOTS of great food and Shopping.
